SUMMARY:

We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join our amazing and fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic marketing, communication, project management, data analytics and computer skills with a background in digital marketing and/or traditional advertising channels. While senior living experience is not required, we are looking for someone with an appreciation of the importance for older adults to enjoy life. The right candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong drive for excellence who enjoys working as part of a high-performance team. This individual will report to the Vice President of Marketing and work closely with the Marketing Coordinator, Creative Director, and creative team.
Capri Communities is comprised of 14 senior living locations in Southeast Wisconsin. We also own and/or manage 9 affordable senior living properties and 9 affordable disabled housing properties along with various other affiliated interests.
We are a family-owned and Wisconsin-based company. This role will also support the marketing needs of Tarantino Company development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field
  • 5+ years’ experience working in corporate marketing and/or at a marketing agency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Digital marketing experience and familiarity with WordPress
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of Google G4 Analytics
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze the marketing/sales funnel, measure ROI of digital campaigns, report marketing KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement, mon2itor budget distribution, conduct competitive research, analyze benchmarking data and recommend optimizations and new opportunities for lead acquisition

Responsibilities
  • Website Management –
  • Handles day-to-day oversight of all Capri-managed websites and works closely with Marketing Agency to deliver a superior user experience and enjoy life look and feel consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Website Content Updates – SEO focus
  • Works in tandem with marketing agency to improve SEO results through new website content aligned with keywords and metadata triggers
  • Manages content calendar and updates website content accordingly
  • SEO Lead – Works closely with marketing agency to drive organic and direct results. Receives, interprets and communicates results internally.
  • PPC/Google Ad Lead – Works closely with marketing agency to write original copy and set-up and steward individual campaign results and landing pages.
  • Blog Management
  • Manages blog content calendar. Interacts with cross-functional teammates to deliver fresh content on a weekly basis.
  • Television Commercial Oversight
  • Lead with TV partners. Writes scripts and directs original video content.
  • Other Marketing - Leads efforts with new marketing efforts that may include podcasts, news radio, outdoor campaigns, digital marketing.
  • Google Analytics Reporting – Set-up reports with marketing agency and provide monthly analytic updates to website and campaign activity
  • Virtual Tour Management – Evolve current offering to implement some form of visual
  • virtual tours on Capri website. Expand to other brands.
  • Online Google Review Management
  • Exterior and Interior Signage Management – Continue to evolve current Capri signage (community and home office) to be in brand and convey enjoy life philosophy
  • Secure bids and manage process from concept to installation
  • Original Video Photo Content – Oversees and coordinates photographic and video work to enhance websites and collateral with original content.
