A new opportunity for a creative, results-orientated and collaborative Marketing Manager is now available to join our team of Marketing Managers and the broader Marketing, Communications, Strategy and Growth team.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing & Digital Manager, you will leverage your creative and digital skills to manage marketing activities for assigned corporate functions and brand initiatives, including strategy development and campaign execution. As part of the brand remit, you will manage and optimise annual brand campaigns across various channels, including events, social media, email marketing, OOH, radio/TV, and paid digital advertising. Additionally, you will apply your brand management expertise to ensure brand guidelines, portals, collateral, assets, and channels are kept up to date and on brand.
In this position, you will utilise your expertise in both digital and traditional marketing within a dynamic and agile environment. Your commitment to providing outstanding stakeholder experiences, building reliable partnerships, and delivering outcomes while enhancing brand awareness will be instrumental to your success.

The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills with the ability to also effectively manage external suppliers and agencies in addition to;

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated relevant experience in marketing
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with Optimizely - preferred but not essential
  • Experience using data and insights to inform strategy and continuous improvement
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and marketing software/tools
  • Copywriting, design and UX capability
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Willingness to obtain a Police Check
