Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function, enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and supporting business growth through strategic marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our commercial objectives, working closely with key internal stakeholders to elevate CBTax’s market presence.
In this Role, You’ll:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Plan and execute an annual marketing calendar, ensuring publication opportunities are maximised.

    • Lead the creation and delivery of thought leadership content across tax, tax resolution, and technical teams.
  • Enhance brand visibility through strategic social media engagement and website optimisation.
  • Oversee and evolve the company’s web presence, ensuring it effectively showcases company events, publications, and marketing collateral.
  • Analyse data to refine marketing strategies, identifying new markets and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position CBTax as a preferred provider across key sectors.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop marketing collateral supporting business development efforts.
  • Design and execute sales campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales and delivery teams.
  • Assist in the development of strategic partnerships that enhance market reach and credibility.
  • Capture key insights from campaigns, analyse performance metrics, and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments, working closely with the Operations Director to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and oversee external events, promotional activities, and industry award applications to strengthen brand reputation.
  • Own and manage in-house photography & videography efforts to eliminate reliance on external resources.
