OVERVIEW

We are looking for a results-driven, creative, and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and increase our brand presence across key channels. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional with experience across digital and traditional marketing channels, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for connecting with audiences through compelling content and campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in advertising, content creation, social media marketing, and analytics—with a proven ability to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness. QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience developing and executing marketing strategies. Service industry experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling and engaging content for digital and print.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, and other ad platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort engaging with customers and partners—this is a people-first role!
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or InDesign is a must
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals to drive quality lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify standout projects and coordinate the capture of high-quality before-and-after content (photos/videos).
  • Create and manage engaging ad campaigns and content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and other social channels.
  • Increase engagement, reach, and followers across social platforms through consistent, targeted content.
  • Design and oversee marketing materials, including direct mail postcards, print advertising, and sales folders.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of our broadcast television commercials
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, chambers of commerce, and home shows.
  • Distribute marketing materials (yard signs, door hangers, etc.) in key areas to support local visibility.
  • Build relationships with lead-referral partners such as real estate agents, roofing contractors, and insurance companies.
  • Plan and host community and B2B events such as lunch-and-learns, open houses, and presentations for realtors and HOA groups.
  • Engage with prospective and current customers to cultivate relationships and generate new leads.
  • Participate in monthly marketing meetings and provide data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Research target neighborhoods, HOAs, and property management companies to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Partner with the website management vendor to keep content fresh, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
  • Work closely with external vendors and agencies to plan, negotiate, and execute campaigns.
  • Assist in managing paid advertising efforts including Google Ads and PPC strategies.
  • Complete administrative tasks to support campaign execution and overall team success.
