Chapter 2 – A scalable talent solution.

YOUR PROFILE:

Chapter 2 is a fast-paced organisation that is disrupting the talent industry. We’re looking for someone with a strong appetite to grow with the company and challenge themselves accordingly. We’re looking for:

  • Experience: 3-5 years minimum in a marketing role, ideally with experience across multiple disciplines (i.e. social media, events, partnerships, PR etc).
  • Strong project management and organisation skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • A confident writer with an eye for engaging, brand compliant content.
  • The ability to analyse marketing data and translate it into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
  • Working with our Head of Marketing to input into and execute our marketing strategy, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Event support and delivery: Supporting the planning and promotion of our events calendar, including pre and post event marketing, plus some on-site management.
  • Social media management: Overseeing day-to-day activity across our core social channels (especially LinkedIn), managing content creation, content calendars and planning, responding to our community and tracking performance.
  • Public relations and media outreach: Managing PR initiatives with industry media, including drafting press releases, coordinating with media outlets and securing coverage to enhance brand visibility.
  • Partnerships oversight: Manage and nurture both existing and new relationships with key partners, ensuring delivery of mutual value through joint marketing activity
  • Campaign analysis and reporting: Setup and monitor key performance metrics, reporting on results and using insights to inform future activity.
  • Brand consistency: Act as brand guardian for the wider Chapter 2 brand to ensure consistency across our tone of voice, visual execution and core brand values.
