ChartRequest is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives in our growing B2B SaaS company. This role requires a dynamic leader who can enhance brand awareness, generate leads, optimize the marketing funnel, and support revenue growth. The Director of Marketing will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business success.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • At least three years of experience managing CRM systems and implementing data-driven sales processes (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing sales and marketing talent.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and prioritization.
  • Willingness to travel for conferences and client meetings as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer acquisition.
  • Plan and manage digital content marketing and paid search campaigns to optimize lead generation.
  • Oversee conference coordination, working with internal teams to schedule events, capture leads, and drive conversions.
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and by retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Optimize the marketing funnel by leveraging analytics to measure content effectiveness, improve conversion rates, and explore new growth opportunities, including PR and partnership-driven lead generation.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and client services teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and improve product-market fit.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, target audiences, and customer needs, ensuring marketing initiatives are data-driven and impactful.
  • Represent ChartRequest at industry events and conferences, engaging with potential clients and partners to expand market presence.
