We are looking for a Marketing Manager, GTM to join our Marketing Team on a 12 Month Contract. The Marketing Manager, GTM is a highly visible across all Cuscal products, focusing on developing practical campaign resources for clients, helping coordinate key client marketing events, and leading customer‑focused campaigns. Responsibilities for the role sit across four key areas: 1) Client Initiatives Create and grow a best practice playbook with campaign case studies and examples for clients to leverage. Plan and coordinate high‑impact client experiences that bring senior leaders together and strengthen strategic relationships. 2) Client Customer Campaigns Design, plan, lead and execute Client-Funded issuer campaigns including prize provisioning processes and 3rd party vendor management Establish and maintain campaign reporting and insights for clients Define and extend client campaign services as an offering 3) Partner Marketing Relationship Management Establish and maintain strategic marketing partner relationships with Clients Create and grow a best practice community within the client marketing base Leverage marketing relationships to support growth opportunities 4) Client Campaigns Assess and recommend client campaign platforms or other automated deployment options. Create capacity through automated creative deployment, opt‑ins, and improved tracking to strengthen performance and insights. Expand campaign types to support clients to improve product performance outcomes for clients and Cuscal alike in an aligned way. About You: You are a proactive marketing leader who takes ownership, moves work forward with confidence, and brings structure and energy to every campaign and initiative. You’re experienced in complex campaign delivery, event execution, and customer‑focused strategies with confidence and pace, with the following skills: Experience leading marketing operations or campaign delivery within complex environments. A strong record of guiding multi‑channel campaigns from concept through to execution in a fast‑paced setting. Demonstrated capability in planning and delivering high‑quality events. Depth in customer segmentation, journey design, and personalisation approaches. Confident working with agile marketing practices and supporting tools. Why Cuscal?
