Looking to take the next step in your marketing career? Join a thriving and supportive in-house Marketing, Communications & Business Development team in a national real estate consultancy. You’ll work with the Head of Marketing & Communications to set the strategy and plan to promote the Commercial property division, and you’ll project manage events, campaigns and thought leadership launches alongside a brilliant team of creative and engaged comms, digital, design, BD and research experts.
One day you might be interviewing one of our growing commercial teams for a promotional video, and the next you might be planning our presence at UKREiiF, an annual real estate conference with over 16,000 attendees.
If you like a job that involves a bit of UK travel, a lot of variety and interaction with friendly people from all types of commercial property, this role could suit you down to the ground. The role will be based in our HQ office in the heart of the West End, London

Responsibilities
  • Marketing planning - Work in partnership with the BD team and commercial divisional board to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the commercial division’s strategy
  • Project management - Take responsibility for key major campaigns, focused particularly on commercial growth areas including science and technology, industrial and capital markets.
  • Marketing collateral - Elevate the brand image of the commercial division through consistent and impactful messaging. Keep all commercial marketing collateral and website content updated in line with brand guidelines.
  • Event management - Take responsibility for managing the key events promoting the division across the UK, both hosted and those run by third parties. Manage the firm’s participation at key UK real estate conference UKREiiF, organising key receptions and hosted events and working with the BD team on the post-event action plan
  • Research and thought leadership - Work closely with the research team to understand current trends and the competitive landscape and provide insights for marketing strategies.
  • Reporting - Present progress updates at key marketing and divisional meetings. Keep the commercial divisional board up-to-date on plans and manage expectations regarding turnaround times, process, and branding matters.
