Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an annual marketing plan, including menu launches, key calendar/seasonal events and brand launches generating activity plans to drive business growth and sales
  • Lead the campaign planning process for all initiative ensuring smart, on-brand creative execution, ensuring operational buy in to maximise execution
  • Manage the design of all ELH brand assets across food and drink retail outlets and for the hospitality sales and events team
  • Creation and coordination of all supporting marketing collateral both on and offline
  • Social media content planning for all ELH and partner channels and the management of ELH social channels
  • Manage content coordination for the digital screens network including menus, branding, POS and promotions
  • Planning and onsite coordination of all promotional photo and video shoots
  • Copywriting for marketing collateral, websites, PR, reports, and presentations
  • Continuous development, implementation and review of sales activations across all areas
  • Client and internal stakeholder liaison to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of all marketing initiatives
  • Evaluation of existing agencies and additional search/selection where necessary
