About the Client Our client is a B2B SaaS company building a product used by sales and revenue teams to connect LinkedIn activity with their CRM and improve product adoption. The product sits at the intersection of sales tools, CRM, and RevOps, and is designed to make complex workflows simple and reliable. About the Role Content plays a central role in how users understand and adopt the product. This role owns the entire content engine, from strategy to execution. The focus is on producing clear, practical, educational content that helps users understand the product faster and use it better. You will work closely with the founders and have a high level of ownership. About the Responsibilities Own the global content strategy across blog, guides, tutorials, and videos Produce content hands-on, including blog posts, guides, and video scripts Turn complex product workflows into simple, structured explanations Own the tutorial and video pipeline end to end Manage and review freelance writers and contributors Other Details Full-time contract role Fully remote Locations: Argentina, Colombia, South Africa Start date: March 1st, 2026 Direct collaboration with the founders What we’re looking for Experience owning content for a SaaS or complex B2B product Excellent written English Strong ability to explain complex topics simply Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on Experience managing freelancers Bonus: HubSpot, B2B SaaS, RevOps, or sales tools
