About the Team: The Brand & Marketing team is responsible for building and protecting Victoria University’s brand, reputation and growth through student recruitment, delivering integrated, audience‑focused marketing activity across the full funnel. Bringing together Brand & Content, Marketing Campaigns and Marketing Automation, the team partners closely with Future Students, Digital & UX, Media & Corporate Communications and academic stakeholders to produce insight‑led, high‑quality content and campaigns that are consistent, compliant and impactful across digital, print and media channels. About the Role:  The Marketing Manager – Content is responsible for leading the planning, creation, delivery and optimisation of owned‑channel content that builds brand impact and reputation while supporting student engagement and recruitment across the University. Position Key Duties: Examples of some of the duties you will undertake: * Lead the planning and delivery of owned‑channel content strategies aligned to University marketing and student recruitment objectives. * Develop, produce and optimise high‑quality content across web, social, email, video and publications for diverse audiences. * Provide expert content and communications advice, training and stakeholder management across the University. * Oversee content production workflows, including writing, editing, photography and video shoots, ensuring brand consistency. * Manage a central content repository to enable effective sharing and reuse of assets across teams. * Use data, analytics and reporting to evaluate content performance and drive continuous improvement. * Manage content budgets, timelines and external suppliers to ensure value for money and on‑time delivery. * Lead, develop and support team members while fostering a positive, collaborative culture within Brand & Marketing.
