Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: CouplesColeraine (with travel to Draperstown store location required once a week)
Hours: 10-5pm 5 days per week (required to work every second Saturday)
Couples, Burns Outfitters, and Burns & Co are family-owned fashion retailers with over 100 years of experience in the fashion industry. With a strong Facebook following across the UK and Ireland, we’re now seeking to expand our online presence to reach even more customers who can’t visit us in person. This is where you come in!
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
· Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
· Proficiency with computers and basic web design skills.
· Experience with Shopify (or similar e-commerce platforms) and Excel is essential.
· A creative mindset and willingness to engage in content creation, including modeling for social media campaigns.
We are looking for a candidate with a real passion for fashion so retail experience is highly desirable.

THE ROLE:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to help drive our online business forward. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and growing our e-commerce presence across multiple platforms. You will manage our website, social media channels, and online sales initiatives, all while contributing to the creative direction of our marketing content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead the implementation of our ePOS system across all stores.
· Manage and curate engaging content for social media channels across three store locations.
· Drive our online brand presence and expand our digital footprint.
· Maintain and update our website on a daily basis to ensure smooth functionality and an optimal customer experience.
· Collaborate with the team to create compelling content, including participating in photoshoots and video shoots for marketing campaigns.
· Liaise with suppliers to gather imagery, product information, and details for online listings.
· Monitor and analyse online sales performance, developing strategies to boost sales and brand recognition.
