Role Summary: Senior Marketing Manager for Creator Comms in Korea. You'll strategically scale the creator community by owning the communications ecosystem, including CRM, content optimisation, and branded event execution. Requires a self-starter with strong analytical and Korean market expertise. Role: Own the strategic planning and execution of high-impact scaled communications, including growth email campaigns, in-product messaging, and notification campaigns for the Korean creator community. Lead end-to-end asset production: oversee email creation, copywriting, brand and legal approvals, and localisation into Korean. Initiate, plan, and execute branded events (both virtual and physical) for the Korean creator community, managing all logistics and driving measurable engagement. Pilot large-scale campaigns and implement a rigorous test-and-learn methodology to continually optimise for efficiency and improved results. Analyse campaign performance rigorously, experimenting with designs and communicating data-driven analysis and key learnings to regional and cross-functional teams. Establish and nurture close working relationships with APAC-wide regional, country, and cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, PR, Legal) to ensure consistent campaign optimisation. Manage relationships and output coming from external production agencies and partners, ensuring quality and timely delivery. You: Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, with extensive expertise in project management, CRM, and large-scale email campaign development and execution. Proven track record in planning and executing branded events and managing event logistics. Extensive multi-stakeholder management experience across multiple markets and within a matrix organisation. Strong project management skills, including the ability to influence strategy and investment with deep insights and data. Demonstrated talent at building strong collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams. Creative problem-solving capabilities, strength in working under tight timelines, and an easy-going attitude in high-stress environments. Deep passion for the video-sharing ecosystem and digital culture; understanding the platform, its creators, and identifying opportunities to celebrate the community. A self-starter and independent thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a test-and-learn mentality. Willingness to get your hands dirty, including basic troubleshooting (e.g., fixing HTML bugs or running SQL queries to retrieve data). Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills, and fluent in Korean.
