Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in executing strategic marketing initiatives that support both brand growth and sales enablement for CrucialLogics. You’ll also be responsible for driving client engagement by developing and managing client-facing marketing materials such as nurture campaigns, landing pages and web content.

EVERY DAY IS DIFFERENT, BUT THIS IS WHAT YOU COULD BE DOING:

  • Execute planned marketing tactics, based on knowledge of established objectives, market characteristics, and cost
  • Build brand awareness to CrucialLogics and its products and services
  • Execute lead generating campaigns using advertising channels and an inbound approach
  • Develop and deliver client-facing content such as regular newsletters and live webinars
  • Develop and share content on websites, landing pages and social media
  • Track and coordinate conferences including event registration, booth material development, promotional campaigns
  • Assist with the creation of sales and marketing collateral
  • Support award application submissions
  • Analyze data to uncover insights and optimize multi-channel campaign performance
  • Share observations and recommendations to improve marketing campaign performance
  • Brainstorm and propose new and creative growth strategies
  • Use HubSpot marketing automation to achieve our goals

Here is a checklist of qualifications that will ensure you’re successful in the role:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing and a love of continuous learning
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or the Information Technology industry
  • The ability to generate creative solutions, materials, content and ideas
  • Hands on experience of HubSpot, WordPress and Google Analytics
  • Experience in graphics tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Canva a bonus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environmen
