Here at Fit Fusion, the marketing department is about understanding who our current and future members are and building awareness to reach and retain them. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who’s eager to do this and more. We are scaling at an exciting pace and need someone who’s comfortable rolling up their sleeves to assist in almost every aspect of marketing as we grow and continue to build the department and organization. Reporting to a VP of Marketing with years of franchise and multi-location experience, the ideal candidate needs to have experience in department collaboration, developing and executing marketing campaigns big and small, all while managing and inspiring teams. Is that still you? The marketing manager should also be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities, assisting other departments in their marketing projects, short and long-term strategizing, and striving under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs. There is no greater skill in the marketing department than “time management”. This person MUST be an expert in that skillset. And finally – this person isn’t expected to be an expert in all aspects of marketing, but interested and eager to learn, and be mentored, to develop their professional skillset for growth within the organization. This position will work full-time remotely from a home office, with organizational support and video conferencing. Some travel is required as we develop new regions and support existing locations with marketing campaigns and events. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns within the prospect and member lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of the brand and messaging across all channels. Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads. Heavy hand at member and lead prospect SMS & Email communications, using HubSpot and communications platform. Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives by tracking and analysis and optimizing accordingly. Graphic Design knowledge – Familiarity with building visual flyers to digital ads within brand standards and guidelines. Or at least the strong aptitude and abilities to learn and develop current skillset under leadership direction. Mild video editing skills are a bonus. Partner with internal teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics. Assist in developing creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets. Assist in managing external agencies and campaign strategies. Assist in developing local marketing, public relations, events, and outreach within our regions throughout the U.S. Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, and assist in sales support. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs and strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field Proficiency with online marketing and brand strategy Understanding of consumer personas and demographics HubSpot and prior communications platform management Multi-location customer-facing experience (preferred) Graphic Design skills for multi-layer creative assets (preferred). Skillset in Adobe/Photoshop a HUGE bonus External agency and vendor management Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns Detail-driven...
