We’re Salt of the Earth, one of the UK’s leading natural deodorant brands selling to over 35 countries worldwide, we need a brilliant Marketing Manager to join our growing, family-run team in Hampshire. Since 1993, we’ve been on a mission to prove that natural deodorants work (spoiler: they do!), and we’ve picked up over 50 awards along the way.

We’ve been refillable since 2013 (before it was cool), and we manufacture nearly everything right here in our Chandlers Ford factory. Fresh off winning the King’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade 2025, we’re a growing family business that values trust, honesty, and the occasional terrible pun about staying fresh.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a creative, organised marketing whizz who gets genuinely excited about natural products and sustainability. You’ll be the guardian of our brand story, the master of our social channels, and one of the strategic brains behind our growth.
