Description

We are looking for you as Marketing Manager DACH for the Northwave Deutschland GmbH.

YOUR MISSION

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager DACH to join our international Marketing Team. As the Marketing Manager DACH, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth in the DACH region. Your main duties will include managing marketing operations within the DACH region, organizing events and collaborating with the sales team to generate leads. You will also be in charge of analyzing market trends and competitor activities to ensure our marketing efforts are effective.
You make sure that our marketing strategy translates to the German-speaking market. You are the main point of contact for all DACH-Marketing related topics. You handle our merch suppliers, plan internal and external events and fairs, build and maintain your network within the industry and carry-out Northwaves marketing campaigns, both online and offline. You will also support the recruiting department in employer branding.
You are part of the Northwave group marketing team and will work closely with your colleagues in the DACH team and with colleagues from the Business, Bytes & Behaviour teams in both Germany and the Netherlands. Together with over 230 security enthusiasts, you help companies to protect themselves against cyber attacks.

EDUCATION

Do you have a relevant degree, e.g. in business administration, marketing management or similar? Vocational training and relevant additional qualifications may also have prepared you for your tasks.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

You have practical professional experience in operational B2B marketing, ideally also event management, and have already planned and realized trade fair appearances, for example. You should be familiar with common office and marketing tools. Even if you don’t come from an IT background yourself, you have a little technical understanding and an interest in cyber security.
