WHAT EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3-4 years of marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, communications, business administration or a related field
  • Specific experience in ad tech or programmatic media is strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of success in tactical marketing roles, working within high-growth, entrepreneurial environments, where multi-tasking is essential
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations and collaborating with internal teams and partner organizations is highly valued
  • Familiarity working with Hubspot and Salesforce or equivalent alternative platforms
  • Working fluency in both German and English
  • Fluency/working application of Dutch, French, Norwegian, Swedish and/or any other European languages a plus
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, EMEA, this role will support DACH regional marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, client engagement and revenue growth across some of our most high-profile markets. Your work will span integrated campaigns, educational content, sales enablement and strategic execution of industry events.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to localise global initiatives, develop market-specific materials and ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels. Your contributions will be critical to elevating Vistar’s presence in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
The right candidate for this role will be a proven marketing generalist, with experience in delivering meaningful results across a range of disciplines and channels.
This is a full-time position based in Hamburg, with a flexible hybrid working model that includes both time in the office and remote work. Semi-regular travel across the European regions will be required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies aimed at growing market awareness and driving product adoption across the DACH market
  • Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to support business and marketing objectives; develop supporting assets for various outputs including email, website, paid advertising and social media
  • Launch dedicated initiatives to drive adoption of key capabilities through targeted messaging, content and client engagement tactics (email, webinars, PR, etc.)
  • Build and maintain sales enablement collateral and content to effectively support the DACH commercial team
  • Coordinate and deliver on a range of regional events across DACH
  • Analyse and report on marketing activity in partnership with central marketing operations
  • Stay informed of marketing and digital advertising trends, customer insights and Vistar’s own solutions
