Responsibilities

This is a hands-on, creative, and process-oriented role for a marketing generalist with deep expertise in at least one core area: content, social media, or PR. You’ll work across multiple areas, building scalable processes, leveraging AI tools, and owning initiatives end-to-end.
We’re looking for a jack-of-all-trades who thrives in dynamic environments, loves creating from the ground up, and is excited to use AI to reimagine how marketing gets done. You’ll work across a variety of areas, including content, social media, PR, and communications. Depending on your strengths and interests, your responsibilities could include:

  • Creating Compelling Content: Write blog posts, case studies, emails, and website copy that bring Daisy’s mission to life.
  • Driving PR Initiatives: Write press releases, pitch media, and build relationships with journalists to amplify Daisy’s story.
  • Managing Social Media: Develop and execute social media strategies that showcase our technology, culture, and impact.
  • Building AI Workflows: Design and optimize AI bots and tools to streamline content creation, social media management, and other tasks.
  • Owning Projects End-to-End: Manage marketing initiatives from ideation to execution, collaborating with product, operations, and property management teams.
  • Developing Processes: Create repeatable workflows for social media, content creation, and other marketing tasks to ensure consistency and efficiency.
