Description

We’re Dancewear Central — a leading online retailer in dance and performance sportswear, known for standout customer service, bold branding, and a passion for what we do.
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead campaigns across our three brands. You’ll bring a strong track record in eCommerce marketing, with a sharp eye for content and a strategic mindset that drives results.
This is a role for someone who can balance strategy with delivery — a digital all-rounder who can jump from campaign planning to TikTok content creation with ease. Adept with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, able to work to deadlines and to adapt to the changing needs of the retail landscape. Using your knowledge to challenge and influence at a senior level, bringing ideas, inspiration, and creative thinking.

THE SKILLS YOU’LL BRING TO US:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within fashion, sportswear or eCommerce
  • Shopify and Klaviyo experience is essential
  • Proven ability to create engaging social media content, especially for TikTok
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and paid/organic social media strategies
  • A creative eye for design, content, and brand voice
  • Confident writing briefs and giving direction for visuals and copy
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills
  • Data-led mindset with the ability to extract insights and drive ROI
  • A collaborative attitude and a willingness to get stuck in wherever needed

Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver the brand marketing strategy across digital, social, and email
  • Develop and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of B2C campaigns
  • Create and oversee content across platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram, and email), always aligned with brand tone and visuals
  • Plan and manage email marketing using Klaviyo, including segmentation and reporting
  • Maintain and update our Shopify websites to support campaign objectives and product launches
  • Analyse performance and ROI, using insights to optimise future campaigns
  • Manage marketing budgets and work cross-functionally with creative, product and customer teams
  • Provide creative direction for copy and design, ensuring the right product mix and consistent brand aesthetic across all marketing channels
  • Attend events and exhibitions, supporting the brand with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Identify and act on new marketing opportunities, keeping campaigns fresh, relevant, and commercially impactful
  • Analyse customer insights, market trends, and campaign performance to inform strategy and drive brand growth
