Working closely with Integrated Marketing, CRM/Lifecycle, and Partner Marketing — as well as Brand, Media, PR, Product, and GTM teams — you'll turn insight and creativity into measurable growth. Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns Identify and recommend best practices for marketing processes and initiatives Analyze business trends to inform marketing decisions and strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing projects and programs Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members Be a Driving Force in Shaping Our DEATCH Marketing Strategy: Working alongside the marketing leadership team, be instrumental in shaping our DEATCH marketing strategy. Craft Go-To-Market Blueprints: Take the reins in creating key planning documents - think Go-To-Market strategies and updates for our senior stakeholders. Orchestrate Impact: Leverage planning skills to coordinate cross-functional campaigns across digital, social, you name it - ensuring timelines are met and resources optimised. Champion the user journey: Collaborate with the global lifecycle team to craft impactful CRM journeys for DEATCH. Architect Our Measurement: Working alongside our analytics team, help nail down what success looks like for our campaigns and how we'll measure it. Become the Champion of Our Marketing Performance: Keep a pulse on how our marketing is performing by tracking the numbers, digging into the insights, recommending optimisations and owning the reports we share with everyone. Become the Conduit of Connection: Be the face that links up the DEATCH team with our global marketing teams, making sure we're all on the same page and sharing ideas. Be the Engine of Creation: Apply expertise to support the creation of materials that bring campaigns to life, from the initial brief to the final creative, ensuring smooth workflows. Be the Architect of Insight: Help us set up the ways we track how things are going and then help us learn from the results, managing the process effectively. Be the Maestro of Clarity: Be the super-organised wizard who keeps our plans, calendars, and performance info clear for everyone, utilising your project management prowess. Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience within a marketing or agency role, with a solid track record of successful project management. Exceptional organisational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A strong verbal and written communicator in English and German, comfortable working cross-functionally and building effective working relationships with technical, creative, and business teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies. A solid understanding of marketing principles and analytics. A proactive interest in the marketing discipline and a commitment to professional development. Show measurable success in an innovative and agile high-growth environment. Highly analytical and comfortable with reporting and analysis of financial metrics. Bachelor and/or equivalent work experience.
