Look no further – Delta Water Products is searching for a dynamic in office Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and help us grow in exciting new directions.

Our growth has been rapidly expanding into exciting new segments. In the past two years we have more than tripled our staff size and completed 5 acquisitions!
Delta has branch offices located throughout BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Lynden, WA. We are customer focused and are proud of our long-lasting relationships – we truly care about the products and services we provide. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented in-office Marketing Manager to join our team at our Chilliwack office location and drive the next phase of our growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Resource Allocation: You’ll be responsible for allocating funds across various marketing channels, ensuring that each dollar spent directly contributes to achieving our business objectives.
  • Financial Oversight: You will maintain a comprehensive understanding of the department’s financial status, track spending against forecasts, and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality and results.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: By developing and managing the budget, you’ll gather critical insights to adjust strategies based on real-time financial performance, optimizing campaigns and ensuring we meet our targets.
  • Stakeholder Communication: You’ll present budget plans and performance reports to senior management, demonstrating the value of marketing investments and justifying future budgets based on proven outcomes.
  • Long-Term Growth: Your management of the marketing budget will directly impact the scalability of our marketing efforts, ensuring we have the necessary resources to support sustainable growth
