Description

Overview:
The Demand Generation Marketing Manager drives the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate high-quality MQLs, leading to SQLs and SALs. This role encompasses hands-on campaign management, ABM strategy, email marketing, and collaboration with agencies and internal teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on collaboration, embraces opportunities for growth, and can align closely with sales and cross-functional teams to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Channel Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead multi-channel demand generation efforts, with a primary focus on ABM and email marketing, while collaborating on paid media strategy and execution with external agencies.
  • Event Marketing Collaboration: Support event marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall demand generation strategy and maximizing opportunities for lead generation and ABM engagement.
  • Hands-On Campaign Execution: Execute email marketing and ABM campaigns end-to-end, including copywriting, HTML email design, platform management, and performance analysis.
  • Demand Generation Reporting & Insights: Analyze campaign performance across channels to provide actionable insights. Collaborate with the sales team to align metrics with broader company goals.
  • Audience Segmentation & Data Management: Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies to enable personalized outreach. Partner with internal teams to maintain data hygiene across the tech stack.
  • Collaborative Campaign Planning: Work closely with sales, BDRs, and agencies to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.
  • Technology Management: Leverage the existing MarTech stack—including 6Sense, HubSpot, SalesLoft, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo—to execute campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Influence Budget Strategy: Propose innovative campaign ideas and collaborate with leadership on strategies that influence resource allocation and investment decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, ABM, or email marketing, with proven expertise in campaign execution and optimization.
  • English speaking (C1 level)
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Tableau, and Pendo.
  • Strong proficiency in creating and managing segmented campaigns, with a focus on data accuracy and audience targeting.
  • Familiarity with email marketing best practices and ability to design emails using HTML.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to partner effectively with sales teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Results-driven, organized, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience turning data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with event marketing or supporting event-driven lead generation initiatives, preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of ABM tools and strategies, preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence campaign strategy and contribute to long-term growth initiatives, preferred.
