Description
Job Purpose: Drive the development and execution of country-level marketing strategies aligned with DHL Global Forwarding’s global standards Ensure brand consistency, support sales growth through lead generation, and enhance customer engagement in the local market Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to promote DHL Global Forwarding’s solutions, enhance customer experience, and contribute to revenue growth in the country Key Tasks: Marketing strategy & planning Translate global marketing strategy into actionable country-level plans. Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer needs. Align with local sales and product management on key business priorities and areas for growth. Campaign Management Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Manage local events, trade shows, and sponsorships to strengthen brand presence. Digital marketing Drive local social media content, including employee advocacy program. Update local website content as needed. Drive customer engagement through email marketing and local webinars. Sales Enablement Develop marketing collateral and tools to support sales teams. Implement lead generation programs and track conversion performance. Ensure close alignment with Sales on marketing campaigns, including sales follow up as needed. Performance Measurement Track KPIs such as campaign ROI, lead quality, and customer engagement. Provide regular reports to global marketing and country leadership. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B logistics or forwarding Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics. Good command in English and Turkish (written&spoken) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance global standards with local market needs.
