The Role: We’re looking for a hungry, high-performing digital marketer to oversee and lead a portfolio of partner accounts, drive measurable results across SEO and paid search, and strengthen long-term relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-trust environment, this role is for you.
The title on this listing is Marketing Manager, but your real title will be Partner Growth Lead.
You will have leadership responsibilities in coordinating our fulfillment teams while also participating directly in important aspects of the fulfillment work to ensure that our client/partners experience consistently excellent results.
You will be trained and fully supported, but you are the steward of our partners’ success. We know it takes time to get up to speed, but we expect your mentality to be fully embracing ownership of your learning, execution, and results from Day 1.

Responsibilities
  • Partner Strategy & Management – You are the mini-CEO of your partner accounts. Ensure the entire customer experience is top-notch from the first interaction all the way through. Ensure strong ROI across SEO, Google Ads, and other marketing channels. You get to own this and will be fully supported from company leadership and fulfillment teams to make this a reality.
  • Project Coordination – Oversee marketing execution, collaborate with SEO and PPC teams, and maintain task organization in Monday.com.
  • Performance Analysis – Monitor and optimize campaigns, analyze reports, and provide insights via summary videos each month to all of your partners. Don’t just parrot numbers on the page, be able to relate the story behind the numbers and what comes next based on those numbers.
  • Partner Communication – Serve as the primary contact for partner accounts, ensuring proactive outreach if we have needs and prompt responses if a partner has needs. Conduct monthly meetings, provide performance updates, and assist with platform integrations (Google Ads/Analytics/Tag Manager, Google Business Profiles, call tracking tools, etc.). Communication is not allowed to be a problem.
  • Content & Website Updates – Manage strategic content changes on partner websites for SEO and conversion rate improvements.
