REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 1+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in Forex, financial services, or trading platforms.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand growth.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, analytics tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, content creation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of UAE financial market regulations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, attract new clients, and drive engagement in the Forex trading sector. This role requires deep knowledge of online marketing, trading platforms, and investor acquisition strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Create, monitor, and optimise campaigns to generate qualified leads and client acquisition.
  • Oversee brand positioning, website traffic, and online presence.
  • Plan and execute social media strategies tailored to Forex and financial audiences.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with UAE regulations and SCA guidelines.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, analytics, and KPIs.
