Our mission is to create a trusted environment where dogs thrive and owners feel confident in the care their pets receive. We are currently in growth mode, with plans to expand from our current location to two additional company-owned locations and one franchise location in the near future. As we grow, we are investing in building a marketing team to support our current and future locations. Our leadership team believes that storytelling, brand authenticity, and engaging content will play a major role in our future success. The Opportunity We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager whose primary goal is to drive new client acquisition while strengthening relationships with existing customers. A highly organized Marketing Manager to execute high-impact marketing initiatives. As DogiZone enters the early stages of franchising, this role will play a key part in helping build repeatable, local marketing systems that can scale across future locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys bringing campaigns to life across community events, social media, email marketing and more. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to execute marketing strategies and ensure consistent, engaging brand experiences across all channels. What You’ll Own Event Marketing & Community Engagement Plan and execute on-site and local events (open houses, workshops, partnerships) Coordinate logistics, vendors, promotions, and follow-up communications Build relationships with local businesses, pet partners, and community organizations Track event performance and ROI (attendance, leads, conversions) Focus on driving measurable results: leads, bookings, and repeat visits—not just engagement metrics Social Media Management Develop and execute a content calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Create engaging photo/video content showcasing services, dogs, and customer stories Manage comments, messages, and community engagement Monitor trends and optimize content for growth and reach Email Marketing & CRM Build and send email campaigns (promotions, newsletters, lifecycle campaigns) Segment audiences and personalize messaging for better engagement Track performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) Support CRM updates and customer database management Campaign Execution Support promotions across services (training, daycare, boarding, grooming, retail) Collaborate with operations to align messaging with business priorities Assist with basic design using Canva or similar tools Ensure consistent brand voice and visuals across all channels Key Metrics You’ll Track Event attendance and lead generation Social media growth and engagement rates Email open rates, click rates, and conversions Customer retention and repeat visits Requirements What You Bring Experience 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a service-based or local business Experience managing social media accounts and content creation Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, etc.) Event planning or coordination experience preferred Skills Strong organizational and project management skills Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools) Comfortable analyzing performance metrics Strong understanding of high-quality graphic design and brand presentation Knowledge of direct response marketing principles (offers, urgency, conversion-focused campaigns) Ability to write or collaborate on clear, compelling copy across email, social, and promotions Traits Hands-on and proactive—you make things happen Detail-oriented and highly organized Strong communicator and team player Passion for dogs and customer experience Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000 Performance-based bonus opportunities PTO Employee pet perks and service discounts Growth opportunities as the company expands How to Apply Submit your resume and include a 2–3 minute video explaining: Why you’re a strong fit for this role after reading our 2027 vision here: https://www.dogizone.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/DogiZone-Vision-2027.pdf (Please include a video link and ensure proper access permissions are enabled.
