What you will do In this role, you'll be the right hand to our Head of Marketing, working closely with her to lead all marketing efforts—from shaping strategic plans to executing creative ideas using cutting-edge tools and rapid A/B testing. You’ll play a key role in turning marketing concepts into measurable impact and helping us take our growth efforts to the next level. Demand generation: hands-on management of paid and organic advertising, social media, online lead gen programs, SEOEmail marketing Marketing CRM: Marketing automation platform and all connected systems, lists & segmentation Website (hands-on optimization of content, design, functionality- built on Wix) Performance reports and dashboards to track and optimize marketing funnel and KPIs Field marketing support. Requirements Who you are 3–5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a fast-paced startup environment. Strategic and hands-on experience with social media platforms. Proven experience in Demand Generation: managing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, forums, and email marketing. Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform. Strong understanding of lead funnel management—building, optimizing, and measuring performance. Familiarity with WordPress (CMS, content updates, banners, basic site optimization) Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and extract insights. Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies. Native English speaker. Proficiency with Canva or similar tools for basic visual content creation (design background not required). Understanding of the U.S. healthcare system or prior experience in healthtech.
