We're looking for a visionary Marketing Manager to drive innovation and excellence in product text and SEO optimization. Be part of a new set up within Cross-Franchise Marketing that builds shopper-centric experiences and sets new standards in digital merchandising. Together with this role as Marketing Manager we are furthermore hiring an Associate Marketing Manager for the new set up, who will bring the competences needed to elevate our E-commerce expertise. In this role you will work from our headquarter in Billund, Denmark. Please note, that no relocation assistance is offered for this role. Core Responsibilities Brief, review and approve product naming and product texts to meet quality standards for e-commerce Collaborate with marketing, design, IP partners and packaging leads to safeguard a red-thread in assets being delivered Lead the E-com expertise in Cross-Franchise Marketing (CFM), building SEO insights into our product text deliveries, through guidelines and focus on ways on working, ensuring we deliver shopper centric US English copy Act as a role model for E-com Associate, providing direction for challenging SKUs and supporting the Senior Marketing Manager in setting up ways of working within the newly established e-com specialist team within CFM Drive daily collaboration with our Market & Channels e-commerce and digital merchandising colleagues, driving data-driven changes in support of defining what good looks like Input giver to how to develop a data-driven, tech-enabled global organization Drive ongoing analysis in the team ensuring continuous understanding of the criteria for excellence Ensure a sparring culture where everyone participates to ensure the best possible outcomes and role-models how CFM operates Play your part in our team succeeding The Cross-Franchise Marketing team ensures a streamlined approach and best in class partnering with internal and external partners in order to deliver strong output on marketing key fields within business case, marketing asset deliveries and e-com product text. You are encouraged to play a role in building strong team spirit and expertise. Do you have what it takes? Extensive work experience within a similar role, with demonstrable experience within product text, SEO optimisation and the broader e-com proficiencies. Fluent in 3 languages: English, Shopper and Search Engines. Has informal leadership experience and knows what it takes to inspire and lead by example Has in the past or is currently used to working with and briefing external copywriting agencies for SEO purposes Can translate e-com insights into actionable outcomes that actively influence the type of product text we create at a global level Can see through processes, identify optimisations and motivate change to ensure we continuously deliver impact #LI-ML2 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
