Founded in 2010 when Jessica Honegger sold artisan-made goods to fund her adoption of a child from Rwanda, our mission began as a partnership with Ugandan artisans who needed a marketplace for their beautiful handcrafted products. What started as an at-home fundraiser has blossomed into a purpose-driven brand that has generated over $150M in total revenue and $30 million in payments to artisans worldwide over our 15-year history. We are an established B Corps and fair trade certified. Having grown primarily through a single channel, we are now evolving into a true omnichannel brand. We’re seeking a collaborative, adaptable, and purpose-driven marketing professional to help lead this transition and drive our next phase of growth through innovative digital strategies.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & JOURNEY OPTIMIZATION

  • Map and analyze the full customer journey from awareness to advocacy
  • Identify friction points in the purchasing process and implement solutions to improve conversion
  • Develop personalized touchpoints at key stages of the customer lifecycle
  • Create and optimize post-purchase communications to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with customer service to ensure consistent brand experience across all interactions

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience managing Shopify stores and Klaviyo email marketing platforms for a consumer brand
  • Proven track record of driving ecommerce growth through integrated marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated experience implementing AI solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Passion for social entrepreneurship and ethical fashion
