We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and elevate AgWest’s brand presence across multiple platforms.
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing AgWest’s marketing and communications strategies. From strengthening our online presence to creating impactful content and organizing trade shows, your work will directly contribute to expanding our brand visibility and supporting our business objectives within the agricultural sector.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is an asset)
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Agriculture background or experience is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Create and manage marketing content (blogs, newsletters, press releases, videos)
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and design agencies
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights
