JOB MISSION:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager, Brand Planning, to lead our EMEA NB brand initiatives with a strong focus on media planning, budget management and performance optimisation. The role requires deep expertise in multi-channel marketing, and we are looking for someone with the keen ability to analyse media responses and can balance efficiency with effectiveness. You are passionate about sports and fashion and have a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and the unique intersection of lifestyle and performance categories.
The role reports to the Sr Marketing Manager Paid Media and is responsible for managing brand media plans for EMEA. You will be working closely with our local marketing teams to plan and review media plans, to ensure all plans are delivering on our paid media strategy.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in brand and media planning, ideally within a marketing agency or in house brand team. Extensive knowledge of all media channels.
  • Strong collaboration and key partner management skills, with the ability to work cross functionally with agencies and internal teams.
  • Expertise in managing large media budgets, with a focus on cost effectiveness and return on investment optimisation.
  • Strong background of building and growing brands, with a deep understanding of how to use the media landscape, from traditional to digital, to drive awareness and engagement. We are looking for someone that can help bridge the gap between our lifestyle and performance categories.
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, and the role of online platforms in brand building and consumer engagement.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
