We are looking for a MARKETING MANAGER specializing in hospitality START DATE: agreement | LOCATION: Marianske Lazne Swissôtel Mariánské Lázně is bringing a top-tier hotel concept to the Czech Republic, combining Swiss precision with exceptional hospitality. We are proud to be the first and only hotel in the country under the prestigious Swissôtel brand, and we are looking for a creative and experienced Marketing Manager. In October, we will open a premium hotel featuring 125 rooms and suites. The hotel will include the 105 Dining Lounge, The Bohemian Bar, our SwissCafé, and a rooftop “Pod Oblaky” Lifestyle Lounge. Additionally, the hotel will offer three conference rooms and one boardroom. A highlight of the property will be the Pürovel Spa & Sport, blending Swiss precision with the spa heritage of Mariánské Lázně. This unique opportunity combines the international reputation of Swissôtel with the rich history of a renowned spa town. Are you ready to lead the hotel’s marketing efforts, shape strategy, and create a strong impression on our guests and partners? We are hiring a Marketing Manager who will oversee all aspects of marketing communication – from strategy and content to campaigns. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the hotel brand is visible, attractive, and trustworthy. You will manage marketing activities across channels, collaborate with the team and external partners, and ensure that every output meets the highest standards of quality and style. Your work will have a direct impact on brand perception and guest satisfaction. Job Description What will you do? Develop and implement the marketing strategy in line with the hotel’s business objectives Plan and manage marketing campaigns with a focus on efficiency and return on investment Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) – from content creation to visuals Create content for the website, blog, newsletters, PR articles, corporate materials, and internal documents (including spa offers, menus, etc.) Collaborate with external agencies, graphic designers, and copywriters Ensure brand standards are consistently upheld across all hotel departments Regularly analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with suggestions for improvement Contribute to email marketing management and newsletter creation Work closely with the sales team and other departments Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Ideal Candidate: You have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in hospitality, gastronomy, tourism, or the lifestyle segment You can work independently while aligning your activities with the team You have a strong sense for language and visual style, follow trends, and bring your own creative ideas You are proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or have a good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite You have experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Ecomail) You speak Czech and English (minimum B2 level); other languages are a plus You are organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Additional Information WHAT DO WE OFFER?
