JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of managing campaigns across multiple channels and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing and communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEM, SEO).
  • Experience with both Account based and Industry based marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Proficiency in design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies that align with business goals and target audiences.

  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and spend tracking.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Oversee content creation for various platforms, including website, blogs, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff or external vendors/agencies.
