Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Marketing Manager of Esri Singapore, you will leverage your expertise in marketing and communications to deliver a comprehensive marcomms solution tailored for the Singapore market. Develop and execute go-to-market campaign programs across target sectors. You will be the marketing professional who demonstrates excellence, productivity, a key focus on return on marketing investment as well as channel innovation. Working collaboratively with the sales team and marketing colleagues across the business to utilise in-house expertise to deliver your marcomms objectives and deliver business results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leverage your marketing expertise to develop and execute integrated go-to-market (GTM) campaign programs across target sectors utilizing all channels tailored to the Singaporean market.
  • Align campaign activity to support growth areas of the Singaporean business, working with sales, client success, and other internal teams to deliver on strategic business objectives.
  • Work closely with your marketing colleagues across the group to utilize expertise to deliver business objectives.
  • As the in-market marketing professional demonstrate strategic thinking, excellence, productivity, a key focus on marketing return on investment and channel innovation.

To be successful in this role with us, you will need:

  • Degree in business, marketing, or communications.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a marketing manager, ideally supporting sales or partner teams to deliver business goals.
  • Strong practical knowledge of sales pipelines, forecasting and budget management.
  • Proven track record of managing and executing integrated marketing programs across multiple channels, involving many stakeholders, and defined KPIs.
  • Practical knowledge of measuring campaign ROMI.
  • Experience in working with marketing, communications and creative agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of how to balance competing business priorities and working with internal teams on aligned goals.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
  • Relevant full time permanent working rights in Singapore
