JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing an impactful and engaging digital marketing strategy that strengthens the Essex Professional Coaching brand, drives engagement, and supports our mission of creating a healthier, happier, and more active Essex.
You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
This includes designing, managing, and analysing digital marketing campaigns, social media content, email campaigns, and marketing resources to increase outreach and support business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Design and manage the creation of content, including social media posts, email campaigns, blogs, and marketing resources
  • Develop and implement an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s mission, goals, and KPIs.
  • Work collaboratively with the SLT & Management team to align marketing campaigns for the business priorities
  • Oversee the production of video and photographic content to showcase services and success stories
  • Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, implementing the use of segmentation, automations, and workflows
  • Support the sales team with lead generation and nurturing activities, including marketing automation
  • Manage social media accounts across multiple platforms, ensuring regular posting, community engagement, and tracking performance
  • Implement paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of the company website, ensuring content is up to date and user friendly
  • Track and analyse marketing metrics, including social media engagement, website traffic, email open rates, and marketing/campaign return on investment (ROI).
  • Prepare and present reports on a campaign/termly basis to the Directors/Management team highlighting key achievements, insights, and recommendations
  • Provide support for customer enquiries related to bookings, and issues with software platforms
