Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and support our e-commerce marketing and product planning efforts. The successful candidate will maximize the potential of digital platforms, manage outreach through tools like ZoomInfo, leverage SEO strategies to enhance visibility and engagement and deliver key performance insights to support continuous business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Generation:

Oversee and optimize lead generation processes using digital platforms like ZoomInfo and import databases like Trade AI. Manage credits to ensure maximum return and efficient identification of potential clients for the Commercial team.

  • E-Commerce Marketing:

Develop and support execution of effective e-commerce marketing strategies. Support product planning and launch initiatives designed to grow revenue and improve customer engagement.

  • Digital Marketing:

Develop and execute multi-platform digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead acquisition.
Tailor content strategies for each platform (e.g., thought leadership on LinkedIn, visual storytelling on Instagram, video campaigns on YouTube).

Monitor KPIs (impressions, CTR, conversions), adjust strategies, and leverage paid advertising to maximize ROI.

  • Website Optimisation & SEO:

Improve website visibility and organic traffic through on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Ensure the website is user-friendly and aligned with search engine algorithms. Track rankings, analyze competitors, and implement data-driven improvements.

Regularly audit website content to identify gaps, refresh outdated material, develop new high-value content tailored to target audiences and search intent.

  • Performance Reporting:

Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries with actionable insights for the leadership team. Use data-driven analysis to highlight successes and recommend areas for improvement.

  • Innovation & Opportunity Development:

Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth. Champion creative approaches to business development and marketing communications within the organisation.

Collaborate with the Commercial team to evaluate and commercialize new innovative products or services. Develop launch plans, including positioning and multi-channel promotion.

  • Communications delivery:

Support the creation and delivery of internal and external communications across the group. Ensuring timely effective and on brand messaging to all groups
