MARKETING MANAGER – EURODECK EXPANSION

Carlow, Ireland (Sales Office, some hybrid flexibility)
Salary: €40,000 – €65,000 DOE
Eurodeck Limited is Ireland’s only manufacturer of composite decking, fencing, and cladding. With our products now ready to be marketed across Europe and beyond, we’re seeking a driven and creative Marketing & Design Manager to lead our growth journey.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll set strategy, run campaigns, and showcase our brand across multiple channels.

REQUIREMENTS

· Proven experience in marketing management (B2B or construction industry a plus).
· Strong digital marketing and branding knowledge.
· Skills in graphic design and content creation (Adobe, Canva, etc.).
· Website management experience (WordPress or similar).
· Able to manage external partners and projects.
· Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.

· Develop and deliver Eurodeck’s marketing strategy for Ireland and Europe.
· Manage campaigns across digital, print, social media, and trade shows.
· Update and optimise the company website (WordPress or similar).
· Create and manage content for social, email, and online advertising.
· Design marketing materials (or brief/manage agencies).
· Track campaign performance and report to management.
