Description

We are looking for a mid to senior level, forward-thinking, hands-on marketing professional to join our team based in Vantaa, Finland.
You will help us grow our global brand awareness and expand market share generating marketing qualified leads for sales with insightful content marketing. In this role you will report to the Group Marketing Director. This is a permanent, full-time position.
As the job title suggests, you are a digitally savvy modern marketer; you understand the mechanics of marketing automation, inbound marketing, lead generation, SEO & SEM, and the importance of a close working relationship with the sales team.
You are a fast learner and adapter; you work with a variety of on-going projects in an organized way. You have experience collaborating with external marketing and public relations agencies and enjoy working with people from different backgrounds. You look forward to the direction each day will take you. You have a goal of producing high-quality, usable, and valuable content and sales support assets.
You are experienced in content marketing and can manage projects independently for creating visibility campaigns, case studies, videos, webinars etc. You work efficiently with internal and external partners to create a range of product marketing assets, from datasheets to presentations. You know how to track down and chase sales or R&D people to get answers, input, or run ideas by them, and are comfortable working in a global role.
You are hands-on and have a creative mindset that is always looking at what we do from a customer or prospect’s perspective. You are just as comfortable adding a page in a CMS or creating a short video with R&D.
You understand the value of marketing metrics, and how concepts like ABM add value to customer relationships and contribute new ideas and concepts to help our marketing reach further and with more value to our target audiences.
Your B2B experience, especially in technology or industrial applications provides a solid background that helps you understand how to provide more value through our marketing activities that communicates value and connects and creates confidence with prospects.
A moderate level of travel is expected.

YOU ARE EXPERIENCED IN:

  • Inbound marketing logic
  • Modern marketing automation technology (such as HubSpot Marketing Hub)
  • Content Management Systems (WordPress, Episerver or equivalent)
  • SEO & SEM optimization
  • Creative Cloud tools
  • Working with marketing and PR agencies
  • Project management for marketing content, events etc.
  • Proactively identifying and capturing creative content (article ideas, videos, etc.)
  • Brand management and policing
