Location: Bengaluru (on site) We are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute India-focused marketing activities aligned with our global Go To Market strategy. In this role, you will drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support commercial growth through integrated, market-relevant campaigns. You will Define local marketing strategies covering the full funnel from brand awareness to lead generation in alignment with the global marketing strategy and the country’s sales objectives Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate quality leads and support the Commercial teams in building opportunity pipeline Plan and implement demand generation programs to strengthen Dennemeyer’ positioning and visibility in the markets Drive engagement and grow followers on social media platforms such as LinkedIn , Facebook , Youtube, Instagram, etc. Develop effective digital campaigns to nurture customers and engage them throughout the customer journey Manage a wide range of marketing activities including localization of marketing materials, email marketing, social media promotions, SEM/SEO, AEO/GEO virtual webinars, and onsite events Plan and execute events with local partners, both online and in-person, in line with the marketing strategy and defined goals Evaluate and identify event sponsorships with measurable ROI to achieve brand awareness and lead generation objectives You are a pro-active hands‑on self‑starter who takes ownership and seeks feedback when needed an entrepreneur at heart who enthusiastically embraces challenges and opportunities and can manage ambiguities a strong communicator, & stronger listener able to collaborate across global and local teams a team player who works with integrity and contributes to a positive, results‑driven culture You have 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing; SaaS/solution selling preferred a bachelor/master’s degree – preferably MBA a proven experience running ROI‑driven marketing programs strong project management and stakeholder management skills, including virtual teams and across different cultures or regions experience in digital marketing in the Indian market, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, SEM/SEO, AEO/GEO, email marketing, and virtual event/webinars an analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for targeted campaigns ability to work in matrixed organization that needs alignment with local and global leadership fluency in English; APAC or SEA regional experience an advantage good knowledge of Microsoft Office Intellectual Property industry knowledge is a plus; willingness to learn is essential Join us and grow with us! develop and customize your long-term career within a fast-growing international player have fun and enjoy working in cross-cultural, diverse teams act independently and entrepreneurial in your area of responsibility and profit from flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes enjoy learning and operating in a fast paced and complex environment attend a tailor-made onboarding program as well as individual training & development opportunities Dennemeyer is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
