We are looking for a hands on Senior Marketeer to lead our marketing activities. We are seeking a rounded experienced marketeer with an background in setting clear objectives for all marketing activity and generating results. We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial individual who can continue to drive our business growth.
This is a demanding B2B role requiring a candidate with a solid digital marketing and copywriting experience. The role will be responsible for driving traffic to our 2 websites ensuring content on the websites is optimised against our key search terms. The candidate will be responsible for managing PPC budgets to maximise conversion and managing SEO and PPC Freelance/Agency staff against key KPI. A good understanding of B2B ecommerce is required as we look to expand our online ecommerce activity.
Other key responsibilities include managing our client database targeting and writing and scheduling eshots to key verticals – working alongside the sales team to convert leads generated into customers; Submitting (and winning!) award entries in key Industry competitions; Targeting Trade Shows to target new customers; manage all social media channels and continue to raise our profile within the Industry.

Marketing is seen as a key function in our organisation. We are seeking a strong individual who share’s the companies ambitions – can clearly justify and present marketing plans to the Leadership Team to make the case for marketing spend and then deliver the results that they forecast! We have increased our budgets for 2025 and are open to growing our investment further if the successful candidate makes the case!
This role is a key part of our Management Team and reports directly to our MD. The role comes with a highly competitive basic salary and a bonus scheme that will reward you for what you bring to our organisation.
