We design and build back up power packages (to include tanks and enclosures) for large and small health, industrial, and technology-oriented businesses that cannot have a power lapse at any time. About the Role Fidelity Manufacturing is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead internal and external marketing efforts, strengthen the company brand, improve communication across the organization, and support continued business growth. This hands-on leader will guide the current marketing team, set priorities, and partner closely with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with company goals, culture, and customer expectations. WHAT YOU WILL LEAD Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports growth objectives. Lead brand, communications, digital, print, events, and sales support initiatives. Set marketing priorities, timelines, budgets, and performance goals. Maintain a consistent, professional brand across company materials and communication channels. Oversee website content, social media, email campaigns, announcements, newsletters, brochures, presentations, and press releases. Support customer visits, company tours, trade shows, recruiting events, and business development initiatives. Strengthen visibility in industrial, manufacturing, and data center markets. TEAM AND CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP Directly oversee and support marketing team members. Assign projects, manage workloads, set expectations, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Partner with sales, estimating, project management, operations, HR, and leadership teams. Create structure, accountability, and clear communication within the marketing department. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial services, construction, engineering, energy, data centers, or another B2B environment. Experience managing people, projects, vendors, and budgets. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, professional, compelling content. Experience with digital marketing, social media, website content, email marketing, and brand management. Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CRM, marketing automation, or CMS experience is a plus.
