THE JOB

Tendium is expanding into Finland, and we are now looking for an energetic and strategic Marketing Manager to take our local marketing efforts to the next level. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing the marketing strategy for the Finnish market. The position involves a diverse range of marketing activities, and you will work closely with both the local Finnish sales team and Tendium’s marketing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute significantly to Tendium’s success in Finland, with considerable scope to shape and implement strategies.
Fully remote work is possible.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-5 years of experience in various marketing roles.
• Fluent in Finnish and proficient in English (both spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of the Finnish B2B market.
• Experience in digital marketing (e.g., search engine marketing, social media marketing, content marketing).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent and proactive work ethic.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Relevant university degree (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business).
