This role is central to how Simply communicates with our external and internal audiences - from estate agents and clients to prospective employees and colleagues. You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing a wide range of marketing and communication activities - combining brand building, content creation, digital oversight, recruitment marketing, and internal communications.
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders across Sales, People, Operations, and Leadership to ensure our brand is consistently represented, our communications are clear and engaging, and our marketing initiatives actively support business objectives and team culture.
This is an exciting opportunity for a capable, all-round marketing professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and driving meaningful impact through clear and consistent messaging, smart planning, and thoughtful execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing management role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to design and edit marketing visuals using design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to produce on-brand marketing materials.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and website management.
  • Knowledge of the Conveyancing/Property industry is a plus.
Please note this is a fixed-term position to cover a maternity leave for c. 12 months.
The role is homebased, but you will be required to travel to Simply offices and events as per the business requirements.
