Marketing Manager We’re looking for a Marketing Manager – Football to join our Brand and Sponsorship team at Sky Betting & Gaming – part of Flutter UK & Ireland. As Football Marketing Manager you will be part of the brand team that is responsible for Sky Bet’s Fan First football marketing and building an iconic football brand. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager – Football, this role plays a key part in delivering marketing that genuinely improves the football fan experience. You’ll lead the execution of football campaigns across the season, turning strategy into brilliant, well-crafted work that puts fans first and drives commercial impact. In your role you will be passionate about understanding football culture, thinks from the fan’s perspective and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What you’ll do: Deliver key football marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are firmly rooted in the Fan First proposition. Own specific parts of the football calendar (e.g. seasonal moments, competitions or tournaments), managing activity end to end. Work closely with creative, media, PR and commercial teams to ensure campaigns are insight-led, fan-focused and consistently executed. Translate strategic direction into clear briefs, assets and channel plans that resonate with football fans. Champion the fan perspective in day-to-day decision-making, using insight and performance data to optimise activity. Support brand consideration and engagement among new and existing customers through clear, relevant football communications. Manage budgets, timelines and campaign delivery, ensuring high standards and on-time execution. Contribute to a culture of Responsible Gambling, inclusivity and high-quality advertising across all football activity. Lead, coach and develop Executives within the team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity and creative ambition. How you’ll do it: Strong interest in understanding football fans, behaviours and the football calendar. Excellent grasp of the creative process is essential, with high standards for briefing, feedback and execution. Proven experience leading agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns at scale. A creative thinker with great attention to detail and a bias for action. Comfortable working with agencies and multiple internal stakeholders Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple projects at pace.
