If you are the Marketing Manager that we are looking for, you are a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and fun-filled office. You enjoy tapping into your creative side to develop compelling marketing, promotions, and social media campaigns targeting a wide variety of audiences. You are an experienced social media manager and have a background in traditional advertising buys. You have suburb creative and technical writing skills. You are highly organized and detail-oriented and possess excellent time management skills to successfully manage multiple campaigns and deadline calendars simultaneously.
You will be responsible for the success of our team by developing and driving marketing campaigns to increase event awareness, attendance and ticket sales. The Marketing Manager is a full-time salaried position.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in event or concert marketing.
  • Knowledge of current best practices and new strategies for event marketing
  • Experience in social media management (content creation, advertising, and analytics), traditional advertising, and media relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in managing and tracking marketing budgets.
  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Understanding of website development and WordPress.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, including attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement event marketing campaigns (social media, radio, television, print, online, outdoor, and direct mail).
  • Develop and track event marketing budgets, timelines, and organizational plans.
  • Manage graphic design and creative development.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with media outlets and vendors.
  • Craft compelling and accurate content for media campaigns.
  • Manage social media platforms for multiple projects.
  • Coordinate overall media relations campaigns, including writing press releases, pitching stories to media outlets, coordinating media interviews, and facilitating media access at events.
  • Develop and execute promotions with third-party partners to promote events, conduct ticket giveaway contests, etc.
  • Manage ticket sales set up with ticketing vendors and tracks sales.
  • Compile media analysis reports and post-event recap reports.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
