Position Summary The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and programs to drive business growth, market share expansion, and brand leadership for ASP’s product portfolio. This role partners closely with Sales, Product Management, and cross‑functional teams to translate market insights into effective commercial strategies, support product lifecycle management, and ensure strong execution of marketing initiatives aligned with ASP business objectives. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, plans, and tactics to support business growth, including product positioning, value propositions, and go‑to‑market initiatives. Translate global and regional strategies into localized marketing plans that address customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Product & Portfolio Marketing Support product lifecycle management including new product launches, portfolio optimization, pricing support, and promotional planning. Partner with Product Management to ensure clear, differentiated messaging and consistent communication across all channels. Sales Enablement & Commercial Support Collaborate closely with Sales teams to drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and market penetration. Develop and deliver sales enablement tools such as presentations, brochures, digital assets, and training materials. Support lead generation, funnel management, and campaign effectiveness tracking in partnership with Sales and Digital teams. Market & Customer Insights Conduct and analyze market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Provide data‑driven recommendations to inform strategic decisions and future product or portfolio needs. Brand, Communication & Events Ensure consistent and compliant brand messaging across marketing channels, including digital, events, and customer communications. Plan and execute marketing programs such as congresses, symposia, workshops, KOL programs, and customer engagement activities, ensuring effective ROI and budget control. Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Compliance Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and Global Marketing) to ensure alignment and compliant execution of marketing activities. Operate in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ASP policies, procedures, and guidelines. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or commercial roles; experience in medical devices or healthcare strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable business results. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to work cross‑functionally in a matrix organization.
