COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Our client is a well-established Irish retail brand offering a diverse range of high-quality furniture, flooring, and home accessories, based in North Dublin. They are looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead their marketing team. This role involves managing a wide array of marketing activities, including social media, website maintenance, graphic design, digital marketing, and content creation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving successful marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and growing customer engagement across various platforms.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within retail or eCommerce.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a marketing team.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO, and website management.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

    Pay: €55,000.00-€65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee the management of company website, ensuring it is optimized for performance, user experience, and eCommerce conversion.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to enhance marketing efforts, including PR and media.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the company’s marketing strategy competitive.
