Foundever® is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, contributing to a wide range of activities that support the growth and brand awareness of Foundever®. This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday during core business hours. A competitive salary will be offered based on experience.

YOUR PROFILE & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a marketing role.
  • Creative writing: Excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail and subject matter expertise.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication at all levels of the business.
  • Proactivity: Comfortable taking initiative to meet deadlines ahead of time.
  • Patience: Able to stay calm and composed under pressure.
  • Adaptability: Capable of handling a wide variety of tasks and adjusting communication style as needed.
  • Attitude: Positive and upbeat, even during challenging interactions.
  • Social Media: Solid working knowledge of platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Marketing Tools: Familiar with tools such as Hootsuite, HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft and Google Analytics.
  • Critical thinking: Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Industry knowledge: Understanding of the contact centre/CX industry (Desirable)
