Global Sales & Services Operations (GSSO) is the team that helps shape Gartner's mission-critical sales & services priorities and works with sales & services leaders to drive tactical and analytical insights. As an associate on the GSSO team, you'll be at the forefront of the ongoing transformation of Gartner's sales force, which delivers approximately $4.9B in annual revenue and working to drive sustained double-digit growth. You will partner with business leaders across Gartner to support a global sales force comprised of more than 5,000 associates who sell to every major function, industry and market sector around the world. About the Role: The role is a part of the Global Marketing team in GSSO. Within GSSO, the Global Marketing team designs digital and in-person marketing programs to help prospective customers understand how Gartner’s insights, advice, and tools can help them achieve the mission critical priorities that drive organizational performance. The team accelerates sales activity by attracting, engaging and converting prospects through the delivery of compelling experiences across the buyer journey. The Manager will be joining the Lead Enrichment Team. The primary objective of this team is to ensure that accounts are validated and routed to the appropriate sales representative based on secondary research into company firmographic data. The Lead Enrichment Manager oversees the lead enrichment team, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and completeness of lead data. This role is responsible for developing strategies, managing team performance, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to optimize lead enrichment processes What you will do: Operations Lead and manage the lead enrichment team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Develop and implement lead enrichment strategies and workflows to support sales and marketing objectives. Monitor and report on lead data quality, enrichment progress, and team KPIs. Identify and deploy new tools and technologies to improve enrichment efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to align enrichment efforts with business goals. Manage vendor relationships with data providers and enrichment tools. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies. Continuously improve processes based on feedback and industry best practices. Reporting and Tracking Track weekly progress around enriched leads, win rates and communicate to internal stakeholders. Drive quantitative data analysis using common tools such as Excel, Power BI to deep dive into data trends and insights Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Drive problem-solving on strategic topics with executive-level leaders across the business and ensure total stakeholder alignment on all strategic initiatives. Present regularly to senior-level leaders to gain input and take decisive action in moving initiatives forward. Lead process for regular executive leadership updates on prospect conversion programs and report program and pilot results in meetings. What You Will Need: 5+ years of experience in an agile fast-paced environment in lead enrichment, sales operations, or data management. Strategic leadership potential: ability to synthesize a clear, consistent vision and implement effective programs Experience accessing various data points to derive business outcomes, draw conclusions, and implement change. Ability to gain insights and build connections with global, senior stakeholders Strong skills in program management, critical thinking, data-drive storytelling / charts, and storytelling and presenting through PPT slides Demonstrated track record of running effective pilots and turning into scaled programs with full product service ownership mindset Demonstrated track record of designing and managing optimized processes, projects and programs in a global workforce environment.
